Why are we still having fatalities at work? That is a question that I have on my mind a lot. You’d think by this day in age, we’d have no deaths in any industry. Well, that is not the case. In the state of Washington, we have obviously plateaued and cannot seem to drop below the 50 deaths per year mark. I created a quick video showing our statistics for 2020, 2021, and half of 2022.
